Big Homie’s BBQ was born from smoke, soul, and a whole lot of love. What started as weekend cookouts in the backyard quickly turned into something bigger. Plates piled high with flavor, neighbors lining up for seconds, and the kind of meals that make you feel at home.
Founded by pitmaster Robert “Big Homie” Trapp and his wife, Nadia, the content-capturing, customer-hyping queen, we’re a husband-and-wife duo on a mission to bring real BBQ to Charlotte and beyond. Every rib, brisket, and spoonful of mac is made with care, using real wood, real fire, and recipes passed down or perfected with every cook.
We don’t just cater events. We show up with flavor, family vibes, and food you’ll be talking about long after the last bite. This isn’t fast food. It’s BBQ done right.
